Hope everyone is having a good new year. We are pleased to announce that Universal IT Technologies provides telecommunications services to our business customers with various carriers. We now offer business fiber (AT&T), dedicated fiber lines, IoTs, LTE Failovers, VoIP’s, etc. The process is time consuming; we strongly recommend that business owners plan at least 2 months ahead prior signing the lease to the new space.
1. To ensure that we do the site survey to plan your infrastructure, get the down payment prior doing the work.
2. To order the equipment on time.
3. AT &T and other business fiber companies require at least 30-45 days to send out a tech to do an onsite survey to ensure that no special construction is needed. Especially if you order dedicated fiber lines. Our fulfillment team will work with you and the carrier to ensure that someone is on the property when this takes place.
4. Once your property space is wired, the equipment is set up, our next step is to connect everything to the internet and test the equipment to see everything is online.
