The service process at your business begins with scheduling an appointment. During this meeting, we will conduct a thorough discussion of your internet and network requirements. To accommodate scheduling and ensure timely connectivity before any network installation, we strongly recommend arranging your appointment (including Zoom calls for clients outside Georgia or the United States) at least two months in advance.
During the meeting, provide with your connectivity needs such as what kind of circuit do you need (fiber, dedicated fiber, regular broadband, failovers, IOT, VoIP, etc.
To submit a ticket and assess the availability of the requested circuit or alternative options in your area, we will require your business address, email address, full name, and business phone number (strongly recommended).
You will receive an email from us with the availability of the requested circuits and the formal quote. Upon your approval and signature of the provided quote, the following steps will be initiated.
